Day Nine Leafy Glen Saint Denis

Nine 10/09/10

St. Denis mounted Montmartres

and then crosses the limits of his liege

with his head tuck under his arm.

The head could speak without his body

and it spoke to the poor

about the matter of his death.

“It is both a human crisis

and self control

for Eve to profit well from her apple.

Neither the die is cast nor are we

Masters of our destiny.

O Holyheart, my lord, it is finished.”
