About Our Product

Most of the products found on goodsofconscience.com are made from cotton that is woven in Guatemala, and all products are handmade in the Bronx. Delivery of your product may be impacted by the amount of orders we have in the workshop, as well as the availability of the finished fabric coming from Guatemala. Should any of these factors impact your order, we will let you know.

Cancellations & Return Policy

If there are changes to your order or you need to cancel it, please contact info@goodsofconscience.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, due to the unique nature of our handmade manufacturing process, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.

Payment Methods

goodsofconscience.com accepts all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. If you would like to donate or place an order with a check or money order, please contact info@goodsofconscience.com.

Shipping

goodsofconscience.com has a flat rate shipping rate of $15.00. All orders for the continental 48 states will be sent via FexEx Ground and the United States Postal Service will ship orders for Alaska and Hawaii.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will also receive an email with a Fed Ex Tracking number once your order has shipped.

Garment Care

All garments are handmade using natural fabrics. We suggest washing the garments in cold water with regular strength detergent and hang to dry. Items may also be dry cleaned.
